These Terms govern the rules and the process of buying and selling between online store (hereinafter shop) owned by Bio Fresh Ltd. and its customers / clients.

PAYMENT

  1. Bio Fresh Ltd. is a company registered in the Commercial Register UIC BG115587387, headquartered in. Tsaratsovo municipality "Maritsa" obl.Plovdiv, m. "Three mounds" kv.28, №42, providing products online through e platform www.biofresh.bg;

  2. Client - natural or legal person who has registered its client profile and has agreed to these terms;

  3. Client Profile - customer information, which was provided in completing the registration form and stored by the store to serve;

  4. Selling price - the price for a certain quantity of goods, including VAT but excluding freight costs, if any.

To be able to make requests for the purchase of goods, the customer must register and create a customer profile, which requires the express consent to the terms of use of the store.

Upon completion of the registration form by the customer is required:

  1. For natural person - name, surname, address, phone and e-mail address;

  2. For legal entity - the name of the company, UIC, address, person, telephone, e- mail address.

When completing the registration form Client's guarantee that the data are correct. If the Client of providing erroneous data, the store has the right to delete profile supported without prior notice. The customer bears full responsibility for the protection of your password and for all actions that are carried out through his client account.

The delivery of ordered goods is done by courier EKONT to address specified by the customer or to the office of the supplier (at the discretion of the customer). The deadline for delivery is three (3) business days from the date on which it is received and confirmed the request, if made to 13ch. or 4 (four) business days, if made after 13ch. Deliveries are made every weekday from 9:00 to 18: 00h. and up to 14: 00h. on Saturday. Do not make deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

The price of each delivery is automatically calculated before you confirm the request. When ordering over 50 lev, delivery is free.

According to the CPA client has the right to return goods ordered within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the product provided that the integrity and presentation of the goods are not violated. In this case, the transport costs are borne by the customer;

Reclamation is possible for non-compliance of the goods ordered with in the absence of a product shipment. In such cases be made replacement or respectively resend missing products as transport costs are borne entirely by the store;

In the event that there are no products on consignment store can not meet the contract, ie no stocks of the product, the store can offer alternative products to the same value. If the user refuses substitution of products, the store is committed to the recovery of the amount.

In order to perform the service for the sale of goods is required submission of personal information from the user. This information is protected by the Law on Protection of Personal Data. Given your personal information is used solely to fulfill your order and is not shared with third parties.

Goods and prices listed in the platform can be changed at any time without necessarily notifying the users. The consumer pays the price, which is referred to as current at the time of the order;

At lower prices, the new price is announced under the old one, which is crossed;

 If clerical errors by the user on the information required to be provided by him to carry out the order, the store has the right to refuse incoming order, without compensation to the user.

The shipping cost is not included in the price of goods. It is listed separately in the contract and is charged with determining the final price at delivery;

According to the law on consumer protection, the customer has the right to withdraw the ordered products within 7 (seven) days of receipt. In this case, the integrity of the products and their appearance should not be violated. In providing case transport costs are borne by the customer.

Payment of goods is carried out on delivery by the courier company ECONT cash on delivery, which includes the price of the goods with VAT and transport costs.
